Red Light Panels

Cabins for home that I'd sit in myself.

Red light panels in this collection are chosen for wavelength accuracy, build quality, and irradiance output — the specifications that determine whether a panel performs or simply appears to. Each option is evaluated against what the research actually examines, so you can focus on finding the right fit rather than decoding conflicting claims.

I loafe and invite my soul.

Questions Worth Asking

The most widely studied wavelengths fall in two ranges: red light around 630–660nm, which is absorbed closer to the skin's surface, and near-infrared light at 810–850nm, which penetrates more deeply into tissue. Many panels in this collection combine both, which is why reviewing the exact wavelength specifications matters more than the LED count alone. A higher LED count with imprecise wavelengths tells you less than you might expect.

Irradiance — measured in milliwatts per square centimetre (mW/cm²) — tells you how much energy the panel delivers at a given distance, and it is one of the most meaningful specifications to compare. Manufacturers measure it differently, so the most useful figures are those stated at a consistent distance, typically 6 or 12 inches. When evaluating panels, ask for the irradiance at your intended usage distance rather than the peak figure measured at contact.

Yes, and the right choice depends on how and where you intend to use it. Targeted panels are designed for focused application to a specific area and are generally more compact and lower in total output. Full-body panels offer larger coverage areas and higher total irradiance, making them better suited to those who want broader exposure in a single session. Surface area and mounting requirements are practical factors worth reviewing before purchasing.

We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. — please note this excludes Alaska and Hawaii. If a panel is not the right fit, our 30-day return policy applies; full details on eligibility and the return process are available in our Return Policy. We recommend reviewing those terms before purchasing, particularly for larger panel formats.

About Red Light Therapy Panels

Red light therapy panels deliver specific wavelengths of light — typically in the red and near-infrared spectrum — designed to be absorbed by the body at varying depths depending on the wavelength used. They are used as part of structured wellness and recovery routines by people who want a consistent, controllable light exposure practice at home, without relying on clinical appointments. When choosing a panel, the specifications that matter most are wavelength accuracy, irradiance output at a realistic usage distance, coverage area, and build quality. LED count is often used as a marketing figure, but it is less meaningful than the wavelengths those LEDs are calibrated to emit. Panel size determines whether the device is suited to targeted or full-body use, and mounting or hanging options affect where and how it can be integrated into a space. A well-specified panel should state its irradiance clearly, confirm its wavelength range, and be constructed to maintain consistent output over time. These are the standards this collection is evaluated against.
