The best home wellness equipment, gathered in one place
Every piece is one I'd put my name to. The full story of how the Codex was built is below.
It started with a search that took far too long
I started The Wellness Codex because I wanted the best wellness equipment in one place, and nowhere had it.
I was shopping for a sauna, a box I'd sit inside for twenty minutes at a time with heaters inches from my body, and half the brands I looked at wouldn't show me an independent EMF reading. Hydrogen water was worse. Listing after listing used an ORP number as proof and never said how much hydrogen was actually in the glass. So I started asking for the real numbers myself, and I kept asking until I had them.
The market I found was scattered. Brilliant equipment sat on one site, a lookalike with half the build quality sat on the next, and every brand explained itself in its own language. Working out what was genuinely good meant reading between a lot of lines.
So I did that work once, properly, and gathered everything that passed into one collection. That collection is the Codex.
Why a Codex?

My Philosophy
If a product cannot be understood through its own specifications, construction, and design rationale, it does not belong here.
Clarity is the standard I hold everything to. Every piece earns its place through what can be examined and verified, not through what can be promised.

Whats in the Codex
Transparent Specifications
Every product lists real output data, materials, and construction details so you can compare what matters rather than relying on marketing language.
Curated, Not Crowded
A smaller, deliberately chosen assortment means each item has been individually evaluated. Fewer options, each one worth your time.
Research Before Recommendation
Buying guides and educational content help you understand the technology, recognize overblown claims, and arrive at your own informed decision.
From traditional and infrared saunas to red light therapy panels and hydrogen water generators, every category is selected to support a home wellness space built on understanding rather than guesswork. Each piece earns its place through what can be examined and verified.

How your order gets to you
Every product in the Codex ships directly from the manufacturer to your door. I don't hold inventory and I don't ship from a central warehouse. This means your product comes from the people who built it, handled once, by the people who know it best.
If anything goes wrong, come to me first. I'll follow up with the supplier directly and stay involved until it's resolved. You are not navigating this alone.
Full details on shipping, returns and warranty are on the Shipping & Returns page.
