Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt. Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are covered. A restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns; this is waived for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and exchanges. Refunds are issued within 14 days of inspection.
